Northern Outdoor Living earned six placements in a single year at the 2022 NADRA National+ Deck Competition, the continent-wide juried awards program run by the North American Deck & Railing Association. Two of our signature builds — Tree of Life and Split Rock Lighthouse — took top honors: 1st Place in Limitless Creation ($71K–$150K) for Tree of Life, 1st Place in Illumination for Split Rock Lighthouse, 2nd Place in Limitless Creation for Split Rock Lighthouse, 2nd Place in Illumination for Tree of Life, and 2nd Place in Alternative Deck ($35K–$70K) for Tree of Life.
Those wins spanned bold custom design, integrated lighting, and advanced materials and engineering — and added up to a 5th Place Overall finish nationally. Winning across multiple categories in one year is independent, national proof of the range and artistry Dan Pettit brings to every outdoor living space.
